Happie Chinese New Year, everone!

especially Hunnie, Azri, Wendy, Jehan, Theinesh, Joe, Emily, Zichee and many others who sms me.

apparently.. i went malaysia again.

it's getting more and more boring each new year.

this year wasn't spared either, but with a lil speck of difference only.

guess what i'm doing? i've been doing bubbletea business over there.. wahaha.. i only know my cousins & their family setup a stall in front of their grandma's house.. not my grandma.. their maternal side's.. as usual..

new yr's eve i stayed at MY grandma's house all till the night when i was about to sleep.. my elder cousin(i'm the 2nd senior of my "clan" of cousins) ask me to tag with her back to tg. sepat; few kilometers apart. kinda crave for fireworks again i scurried up their car in no time.. >.<

i wasn't at all disappointed.. coz although the police are making their rules stricter, there's still people buying fireworks and blossomed them into dazzling flowers up the sky. and above all, the unit just beside my cousins', had them nicely displayed for the last 5-10 minutes. very astounding! and i stood rooted just below them! the feeling is just so inexplicable.. it's like they are surrounding you.. totally loves!

first day, after rounds and rounds of collecting angbaos.. we went to the bubbletea shop to help out.. and most of us wore black and white.. some with vests and all.. and the way we worked are just like a team.. some wash cups, some serve, some do the drinks, some do cleaning & some do ordering.. i felt a lil like "coffeeprince". except, oh well, it's bubbletea, dessert and all.. heh.. 10am - 2am daily..

second day work as well.. gambled with cousins and their boyfriends.. was lovesicked.. almost everyone knew something abt hunnie.. practically no one to really talk to.. see my cousins cuddling bf(s) and all.. *brood* & *sulk*

third day.. work! things got very boring.. it's like a boring routine.. found a little baby birdie.. but it died under my care.. quite sad though.. and got very pissed off coz of hunnie too.. =X

fourth.. called my dad early in the morning to get me home.. and i stoned at grandma's house for the rest of the day.. swarmed by the kids! and oh God~ i rather run back to bubbletea shop and rot there.. goody.. i got them in control lah.. keep them busy with all kinds of children games and ask them to sing.. wahahaha.. human trolley race, hide&seek, 123stickman!(aka freeze.) had rowdy yusheng. and my battery fused after a dinner show.. zZzZz; charging in progress..

fifth, played cards with kids.. no money involved.. packed my luggage and prepare for returning Singapore le..

It’s been 11 days... 31st January still seemed so faraway... it’s like a tunnel, what surrounds me is just darkness... to get to you, I’ve to walk through it myself… Looking back, I’m just halfway there... do you know how hectic & how scary it is for me? Why are you so cruel?

I just felt that I’ve been drifting my lifeless self around the school... I don’t know what I had been doing… I just know I have to stay this way... not until you brought me to your arms again... Life’s been really really hard… I’m given lotsa tasks to do during projects…very last minute project work... Very very last minute notices that I have to hand up 2 subjects’ individual assignments… even exams... I only knew 2 days before... I’ve to stay strong, to fight hard for my studies and my future, to fight hard to cope with such a mess-up school life here… to ease myself in my solemn life... I’ve to bear everything through without you…

life is like a stage, in this stage of mine, I’ve got not much script line during each play of my day… due to circumstances, I can’t reveal my real self.. I can’t express my emotions… not even when I’m near death… I’ve to wear a mask carrying expressions that my screaming inner self doesn’t want me to be… everyday, I woke up with an angered self, what should I be? How must I present in front of people? I really can’t take it anymore…

What makes you all think that this bubbly & cheery girl standing right in front of you is really happy? No one.

I really hate it when my teacher shared a tad bits of my life yesterday… what she ask me, I just answered as how things are... it’s a dreadful decision I made that I feel like knocking myself against the wall… what makes this woman I barely know, knows stuffs about me when for such a long time, no one bothers… not even the closer ones bothers… that teacher doesn’t reserve the rights anyway… maybe I need something I can talk all my hearts out to… I’m brimming with thousands of sorrows… and it’s her plain luck that she came and had a share of me…

i haven't been feeling well lately.. now that i've lost my voice.. i wonder is it a bad thing or good thing to have..

the good thing is..
from this i'll learnt how observant are people around me.. practically none.

i learnt, even if sick, i can't be compared to those who don't have computers & phones..

i had to be home by 2am after the countdown.. my sweet daddy, wait for me to get home..
so instead of movie, we went to The Balcony (like finally?) to get a booze.

A Letter for you,
it had been a good 4-dayouts with you.
i rarely have the chance to get out of house to meet you up this long & this often too..
i tend to look back of how happy we have been, swimming in a pool of freedom & time..
but not until NS took them away.
It's barely a year; we've a long way to go..
i did try to picture how things would go, from our daily actions, our existing sweet nothings, our heated exchanges, how well are we doing in our academic vocations that will lead us to our future.
often along the road, i had tripped & fall recurrently, and i'm expect to get up and to heal myself.
it makes me feel much discouraged to think about us more; i only dare to outline and do it vaguely.

on a lighter note, you aren't that awfully swarmed with the bad parts.
i know you've been a caring partner, very very protective(it's not a bad point to me now..)
you stand by me when i'm sick, you didn't mind me when i'm down with herpes, ear infection, and even assured me very much by looking straight at me when i had conjunctivitis, that nothing will go wrong & even if it is, we'll go through it together.
i'm truly grateful.
i don't have much friends, and i plan to keep to the minority i had.
you filled a big space in my heart. my #1 confidante & my bestie!! haha.. (who say girls must have girls to be bestfriend?)

cabbed down; i'm late again again..
i joined him at SGH's accident & emergency department..
his visits took him 3 hours to complete.

he's fine..
cabbed down straight to Bugis, & thought of doing something crazy..
but coincidence just don't allow us. heex.. (yea, baby?)
wanna take DHL hot air balloon; weather didn't allow us either. (the weather don't look promisingly sunny)

we missed the front part..
coz we've been walking around the basement to buy KFC & SoupSpoon's beef special to sneak-in.
KFC took so long.. stupid chickens..
that didn't affect us much..
Generally.. i can say this is the best of the 3 movies of our 4 day-outs..

it's solvingly adventurous & has a more satisfying ending.
we walked around, saw a very very exquisite black bear.. *sigh*

attachment is finally over.. i kinda like it though..

i may not have tell you hunnie, but i think i might plan to work there..

the workload is lighter and very very free..

will still get paid as of other hospital.. i suppose it wouldn't be of much difference..

if i could, i will chose obstetric.. all newborns and pregnant mother..

coz both of them can sleep whole day.. *blow air-con*

what we do there is just serve medictaions, flip & do casenotes, pass (very short) reports.. tend to babies (e.g: feeding, change diapers, bathing)..

they are soooooo adorable.. i thought of how it'd be like.. o.O" (i know.. a lil too early..)

it's obvious bah.. but i did received something priceless from hunnie. and that is time & understanding. actually, it's our 22nd month anniversary. he wasn't happy that i have to meet my friends up, coz it's our day afterall. oh well, we scraped thru the night. He booked out from his camp and i knock off from my attachment work. and to Marina Sq, were a lil late. but for the least we weren't the last. i supposed i've brought shock to the group. lol. anyway, throughout the dinner, hunnie seemed very unaccustomed to his surrounding & everyone. sigh. i thought they would have mixed well. i can't concentrated with my weary self(wrapped pressies all the way till 3am & wake up @5am for work).

there then we proceed to esplanade, the girls & guys talked, joked, catch up, play games & all. while a quiet corner, i let hunnie open up his 12 pressies one by one. leaving the last pressie to open when strike twelve. i hope he really like 'em. =)

gifts x-change, i had JG's pressie, while hunnie got Jason's. but he quite joker la.. so free somemore... he put his gift in a silver box, wrapped, put them inside a very lavish limited ed. psp box & wrapped again. -.-" i suppose NS has taught him how to wrap gifts well.. i never know he could do it so well..

today, yet another memorable day..
i saw an innocent baby-to-be. aborted.
the mother is barely 20s. 19-yr-old just as me.
it was laid very very peacefully, though it was already dead 3 hours ago.

went plaza singapura.. sneaked KFC one buddy meal with hunnie & watched Golden Compass.. it's nothing much for me leh.. seemed as if it's being shortened at the back.. incomplete.. aiya.. well.. the storyline maybe a lil creative.. fancy daemon(an animal) as your life of another form.. can talk to you, know your thoughts, shape into many many different types of animal as they like it.. but on 1 disadvantage, if people were to catch it and torture, both daemon and human's live is also at stake.. that's why the G.O.B abduct innocent kiddos who's not corrupted by the Dust, to experiment on them.. cutting them off like one small procedure - 'one small cut!'..

alright.. enough of grumbles..

yesterday, went out with hunnie again.. coz we've not been catching up with movies lately..
and so.. i reached AMK hub at around 3.30pm.. apparently very late from 2pm(time which we should be meeting).. i can have my daddy chanting and with me standing next to the door listening for almost one hour.. respect-wise, i can't just leave with him lecturing halfway and go out like one defiant kid. no choice but to suffer away our meetin time. but i already cab down le okae.. sighz.. my 14 bucks flew away..

we sank into the comfy cushioned seat of 30days of night. the odd-looking vampires savoured their buffet of human in the town one by one, we sank our teeth into Subway's Cold Cut Trio just like what they are doing(they munch from human's neck). weird huh? except ours is much delicious with melted cheese and veggies. and the blood oozes from their preys, while ours - succulent sandwiches' dressing. my love is such a sweetie, he would start to watch for the showtime & buy food when i am not there yet. instead of his usual arcade routine, then panic. one significant change notedY!

thereafter, we wanna watch another show de.. but it's his great-grandma's bdae.. and it starts rather early.. so fetch the fruit platters from his grandma house and wait for him to bathe lo.. he bathe quite fast nowadays.. 15mins.. cab down(again), and quite alot of pple there already.. but the home-cooked buffet taste okok only.. i like the fruits platter better..

hunnie's great-uncle is a stunner.. he solve Rubics cube within minutes in front of me.. and his calligraphy's wordings all damn neat..

ahh~ yes.. my exam(26 Nov-28 Nov) has finally come to an end.. the first two papers inflated my confidence for my semester effort.. but(i hate the word 'but') the very last paper has sent me to deep shit.. i dunno how i gonna fare for my psychology & sociology(PAS).. didn't sleep much for the first 2 days, and i finally got defeated by my very tempting room ambience which sent me into deep deep sleep.. 6am, came the alarm.. i asked myself what contents has got into my mind. pure emptiness! shit.

struggle to buffet anything i could while my train & bus trip to school.

8am. azri sat beside me for some hint. i thought i can help him somewhere i could. i fish the pages everywhere frantically. but they seemed so alien to me. from his distraughted face as mine. i can pictured us greeting each other in re-test's lecture hall again. oh man.. I AM SORRY AZRI. so guilty.

tagged along with regina, yingying, meena, keith & grace to holland V. i've always passed by holland V in the past. but never to set foot on the place itself. we walked up and down the streets, to sit & relax. but my feet are screaming blisterous before we were all set for Settler's cafe.

it ought to be graded for their crinkled fries. coz neither of them are too corpse-dried(coz most pple usually fried them while they're very frozen) nor soggy. it's worthwhile lah.. coz the student meal costs 6 per head & additional 4 bucks if u wanna play those boardgames(you wouldn't see it much in Singapore). guess the biggest winner of all? grace. she damn notorious okae.. grab grab here and there.. the agility is also inhuman.. she's that Queen Uglydolls/Bohnanza/Sequence. i won Sequence x3 while in corporate with her(it's a pair-up game). YingYing won Halli Galli.

Grace so cute, she can grab that uglydoll card forcefully, forgetting to say the crucial words to won the thing. i've to admit defeat due to tummyache in laughing.

I’ve been keeping my stuffs here and there, dumping lotsa things... unworn, unused, worn, used, torn, snipped by me, spoilt, presents, lots lots lots.. I wonder why am I so harsh & heartless in throwing.

primary school, i can't fish anything good in my convent school. well, maybe some vivid ones in primary six, strict selections thruout the sch for SYF choir, 'chopping' hopscotch every recess, top in level, my sportsmanship start to develope, always kena sieved out to demo gymnastic shits.. blarrhh.. thatx so.. p a s t..
secondary school, tedious & demanding cca, trying to cope with results, my relationship start flacturating, love for PE & arts class(the subjects that doesn't need brain. haha..), the nadir of my life that makes me detest st john so much & it took away lotsa stuffs from me too, i swear i'll nv forget tt night. hell.

most of stuffs thrown, carries every part & parcels of these memories above. of coz i love the good parts mentioned, it's always kept in my heart. the objects may not be with me, but it has etched deep on how it came by me. always be. the bad ones may not etched, but it does scarred me for life. i'll never forget.

i'm being stalked eh.. it's some shocking stuffs encountered all until i reached the gate..
turning back to where i have just walked, right outside's my neighbour's window (the one nearest to the lift), a medium built man dressed in black windbreaker & cap, stay rooted, staring right at me. i don't know who it is, all i felt is some creep.. i don't dare to go into my unit, afraid that he'd find it a confirm to where my unit is.. thinking fast, i decided to ask my brother to get out of the house and approached that guy, to see what he wants and who is he.. it's just a mere 2 seconds, i returned my view, he's gone.. i froze, wild thoughts running through my mind.. what is this..? seventh lunar month or is that guy exiting to the nearest stairs to 7th or 5th floor, hurrying to my floor's corner and ready to pounced on me? my slowpoke brother walk towards the door like some snail.. asking me to come in, glimpsed from the window, didn't see anyone and sank himself into the couch.. stupidity.. meanwhile, my lil bro kept a look out.. HE'S HIDING BEHIND THAT FIRE-RISER'S WALL(near my neighbour's unit still)!! peeping bit by bit.. and do a short wave before going up to 7th floor's lift and, vanished..

first week of school hasn't been a good one for me; totally have no mood for school reopen.

huan jian buzz me up late at friday night.. and shocked me up with an utmost stunning news..

WEE BOON IS DEAD.
yeap.. it's very very sad things. he died thursday, due to a bike accident. knocked curb or something.. you know, it's quite a very sad things to have another friend gone like this. i went to his funeral last night. was stunned to see alot of my secondary school friends. like victor, alvina, heng leong, kian yong, zhijie, elaine, penguin, yong xiang, chimpanzee, jian de, sze min. was in the table with kent, huan jian, soh xiong and boon chong. meng hui came real late.. most of the peeps visted on friday. aiya.. thatx not the main point.. but despite most of us are not that close, but all of us came to pay respect to wee boon.. quite admire him though.. the friends are all quite attach to him despite we're out of the school for like.. 3 yrs ago? i remember weeboon as some rather loner guy, a lil weird weird de admire of mine.. and the way he look at me sometimes, a lil pressurize.. that scary feeling.. haha.. saw him down at my blk or the neighbourhood or cycling ard.. and now.. *POOF* he's gone.. life is indeed short..

i'm the one planning the whole meetup today. initially, it should be at Bugis & brought him to my former workplace to eat. it's okae.. met hunnie up @Heeren, coz he wanna buy belt & is looking for that particular shop; Fourskin. ought to meet at 12pm. he's late for 1hr. spent few hours in the shopping center, coz there's some bickering btw us. resolved thereafter & get our arse(s) to Spinelli for their chicken Ratatouille & Raspberry Iced Tea. it's nice. yum! 4pm, the whole plan isn't as scheduled, coz the time gone haywired. zZz. sighz. i skipped quite a lot of in-betweens like buying movie tix & stuffs like tt. went straight to central and walk him about the mall, still fishing for a belt. ... The Manhattan FishMarket, our next stop. book the place like 2 weeks back. & waste the time walking about purposely, so that by the time we dine, it's dark in the sky, with the lightings glittering around the Singapore River(the candle on table of coz). ambience is there, but, the girl with mind full of hopes for a lil something like roses or sweet nothings, didn't received anything for that night. disappointing though. he got his N.U.M sling singlet, bought in the afternoon for him.

happy? sad? i'm trying to tussle a specific feeling. i witness death, romance, care, selfishness, remiss in the care or treatment of one's family, all in this attachment posting. i detest the current posting though, not the patients and demands but the staffs. the staff nurses are not really very friendly.. much independent & wouldn't engage you in nursing skills much. even if you offer help, they'd ask u to do lite stuffs. tsk.. the enrolled nurses are friendly though, except that indian nurse with SMU face. *evil laughs*

i've got great companions like Ah-Lee/Ali (HuiMin) & Ah-Boon (Emily). had damn lotsa fun while in ward. We hit on well! haha.. So nice of Ali to accompany me throughout the 3 weeks' lunch & dinner breaks. she wun fail to go break with me. if not, i gonna be damn lonely.. did everything together. much appreciated. 爱死她了! =D

Ah Boon!! my cubicle mate! i like to annoy her with that funny name i came up with.. teeheehee.. dun angry with me ah.. conclusively, we like to visit & disturb at poor ah-ma @ Rm18. get her to eat medications with all kinda tales, even to the extent of being her granddaughters (including Ali). muhahaha.. we found out that we are July babies & same age. heex.

phew! i'm done with my video-shooting finally! my team (Theinesh, Azri, Me, Leona & my darling Taz) is selected by our form teacher. while Grace's (Rabian, Rudee, Theresa & another malay girl) by the Clinical Facilitator. filming is not that fun though.. unlike scriptplay or stage drama, it's not about memorizing everything, then you act it all out.. much much different.. got time for you to giggle & NG(s) over & over again. too relaxing le.. everything went off well, we started at 2pm & ended @ 3pm. fast huh? followed by grace's grp who are doing Operation Theatre. mine was Intensive Care Unit. i did my part quite okae.. thatx why i don't have to repeat scenes or re-do my skills. Azri's doctor role is cute! hahaha..

these two days there's been quite a lot of happening things.. not about patients this time, but BOYS/GUYS/MEN/GAY/whatever.. as long as it's some walking human with a dick.. thatx it.. i came for afternoon shift, saw a young couple & some commotion, opposite the road, under the bridge.. the girl was crying desperately, trying to catch hold of the guy's arm, to get him to talk things out.. the 14 or 15 year-old boy doesn't seemed to bother.. walk about the area, to & fro with the girl struggling to stick near him.. he BLOODY don't care! stretching his hand out and fish for any available taxi he could, got into the vehicle & ZOOM OFF leaving the girl weeping aside.. i didn't get to the girl and see if she's alright.. i'm left with 7 minutes to walk up the slopes & get my ass to the ward..

NEXT. after taking 190 with liana & hidayu. me and liana witness a guy kicking up some big fuss, shouting at his girlfriend, as they walk. in PUBLIC he SHOUT AT HER. thereafter, the MAN stop, roaring some malay 'ABCs' at her, while the girlfriend try to explain. both of us surpassed the couple & the MAN still continue to !&#$%^*.

TODAY, i saw miss maznah wiping her tears @ toilet.. something must have happen lo.. ask mailina to go toilet see if she's okae.. for i'm not so a good consoling material.. she's back to norm after coming back from lunchbreak.. seemed okae to me.. accompanied her to Bowyer's block to change her SGH pass.. we talk while on our way to mrt.. well.. just so happened that i hit right on the topic that she's brooding and tearing over since yesterday night.. boyfriend.. yeap.. i just can't help but wonder why are they such... .. zzz.. had a damn bad day and had no one to pester me the whole day except Yaya.. my 1yr old boyboy.. apparently, Mr Chew is STILL damn busy with his NS thingy. one day could only afford not more than 15 messages and 20minutes call time.. this is what i've been doing everyday.. endless waitings.. sighz..

the new patient.. she gave me lotsa problem just within one visit.. Enroll nurse instruct me to change tt Pt, saying she urine.. and she's off for some nurses meeting.. prepared my stuffs. there she is, sitting on a puddle of urine. take away bedsheet & use it to dry, sit her on the chair with waterproof incontinence sheet. struggle with the drip. bed is DONE! cleaned her. she say she can't tahan already, there she stand-urinating. the splattering sound disgust me a lil. sighz.. use her dirtied patient clothing to dry up urine. clean her AGAIN. and she say she wanna urine AGAIN.

went out to get new set of pyjamas for her, fishing for any friends i could get in the close proximity.. tsk.. they are all busy, nowhere to be seen.. saw harry.. *wave wave wave* he came to my help.. and i just realized he's a guy.. the patient is a woman.. said it's okae.. forget it, think i can handle myself bah.. i play smarter this time round, wear pamper for her & clean pair of pant. she VOMIT! i nearly cried.. suffering from headache already, no one to my help, i've to do things all over again.. *sigh* clean her, re-do everything, and take away the pile of dirty linens. full of urine and vomit. and ask cleaner to clean floor..

yay! i've got back from my attachment.. this time it's orthopedic ward.. ranging from fractures, spine injuries to diabetic & dirty wounds.. sounds busy huh..? ya right.. busy in the sense of nth to do busy walking in & out, from rooms to rooms.. ttx what we do.. the most nth-to-do room of all the attachments i had been to so far.. serious.. i'm not joking.. whole day, all we know is to stare at the clock to strike 3pm/9pm.. coz lotsa stuffs are being dutied by the staff nurses & enrolled nurses.. seemed they dont really need us leh.. not only us lah.. but ite colleagues as well.. we started on the same day..

i wonder why i cant breathe lately.. even not on rainy day, my nose is stuck. shit it.

i'm in female cubicles.. *cheers* all aunties seemed so "sweet-natured". except for one.. first day, i dunno why she hurdled nice vulgarites whenever people pass the entrance. an agitated and violent old woman. there's not even a soft spot for being polite. she'd curse and swear and spit and everything! not on me lah.. i pity Emily (ite nurse who's in the same cubicle with me), yea.. she got it from her.. irritating.. so rude of her..

there's one with the steel support on her arm. damn gross. the steel thingy is pierced into the arm & around the elbow area. cant move her much. i can't imagine if i got fracture or fall & end up like this.
there's one who will ask u to eat all her stuffs; even meals, saying tt she dont need it, old pple dying soon blahblahblah.. and oh ya! medication also ask u to eat.. say it's invigorating.. say it's tonic medicines.. she dont need.. etc.. of coz i must say a whole mountains of white lies to get her into eating.. tsk..
there's one who's so sweet together with her ex-lawyer husband.. 70++ close to 80 already.. the husband, be it rain or shine.. would definitely come to keep her company.. (oh! so nice!! ^.^) sleep also sit beside and sleep, talk to her when she's bored.. be her 'memo' when asked & she cant recall her last medication time.. how i wish my husband would be like that too.. except for that hospitalizing part lah.. who wants to go hospital anyway.. i read her casenotes, she suffered a fall while doing usual walk with her husband.. shows.. the husband isnt those who will only be so caring when the other half is ill or injured.. eh.. just a flash of thoughts: i hope it's not due to the husband ogling at young girls and didnt pay attention to her OR he kick her down the slopes.. do you get PSP for gf/bf just so that she'd get back home earlier to play.
(she's not at all interested in games, if it's when sec sch; maybe.)
do you fork out that 400plus for PSP, no matter how hard she say, she's in need or more to phone. her phone is problematic, and "cancer cells" spread around her LCD within 2 months like no one's business. (you prioritize PSP.)
one more thing, she charged the PSP, she even bought the guide to PSP for pathetic 17bucks to read, yet she didn't even lay her hands on that PSP. (somehow it didn't roused any interest)
you bought the wrong gadget out of the wrong intention for the wrong purpose at the wrong time. wrong wrong wrong WRONG! that PSP is lying like stale nut. what's so nice.

the saddest part of it is..

he actually do not see how much you have done for him.. and that he do not appreciate you at all.. and when you came home all strained coz of him.. he'd only ask for more, more and more.. he'd only see his own pain.. could only feel how strain he is.. did he ever ask..? for the whole day, you're waiting for his call.. for that pathetic 15 minutes or less.. and he'd end up hanging yur call, he'd end up ASLEEP within 2 minutes. you'd find yourself shouting over the phone at him. won't you be angry? it's everyday's shits. he'd only ask you to be understanding, to talk softer while talking to him, to talk in a better tone, to report your whereabouts, your time out of house and back home each day.. this is his only concerns.. your cough, your fever, your sore throat, your dilemma, your conditions you are in, he wun ask a thing. he don't find it of his concerns. book out day, all he wanted is to meet you up, flared when you can't squeeze out much time for him, and when not meeting up, he'd turn to games, he'd go into your accounts; friendster, blog, msn and all.. and start asking who's this, who's that, who's who and why this why that.. he wun improve relationship by blogging stuffs of us despite numerous persuations, he'd only say he's sleepy, he's tired, he've got no time.. forever, you'd never know where his time had gone to or spent with.
